Princess Po’s Weekly Adventures

A what a week we have had.  Such fun with all the family. I went to work for a couple of days and then I took Princess Po out and about around our area as I hadn’t done this for her.

It is so fun to go on a walk as I get to walk in two different states where I live. Such a long walk. Hee hee. You can see the picture of the family standing on the gray path. That is actually the border of the two states so half the family was in one state and half the family was in the other state. We had heaps of fun taking photos of this.

We then went into all the shops and looked for things to buy except nothing popped out at us. Certainly saved some money.

They were desperate to see the beach so we trotted across the road to the beach. Princess Po had seen the beach before a few weeks ago and knew what the sand felt like in her hooves so she raced down to the water with me running after her. Good think I didn’t have a video camera as it looked really funny with me chasing after the fillies.

After romping around in the water we went and sat on a bench where we rested for a while and watched the sunset. You can see in the photos how lovely it was. The sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful where we live.

We walked back home after this as we were all getting cold. Food shopping on the way home and man can they eat as the shopping bill was quite high. Oh well. I suppose we need to eat and boy do we eat well.

Time for all of us to say good night as it is now very late. Good night from myself, Princess Po and our family.

A Day of Gratitude

i have started a gratitude challenge that will go for 365 Days and today is day 3.

Today I am grateful for money which I consider abundance. I have never had much of a relationship with money as it comes into my life easily and also goes out easily. I was never taught how to budget, look after money, be grateful for money or anything else in relation to money.

Even though I am a casual nurse I still get enough money that I don’t have to panic about not paying my bills or being homeless. It also means that savings can be a problem because if one week is a bit less then any savings needs to pay the bills.

In the past I have really worried about money to the point where there have been times that it has been hard to sleep.

Today I checked my bank account and then was less money then I thought. I had a few seconds of panic and then I actually laughed at myself. I realised that I have everything I need and that panicking was silly. Even now I can still laugh about it.

I have learnt a few skills in the course I have done and I used them straight away which is what hepled me laugh about my situation.

All will be perfectly fine and I am so grateful for what I have and for what is coming my way.

How do you feel about money and are you grateful for it?

Join me on the challenge on my FB page Sacred Blessing Essences

Why am I not grateful enough?

I should be so much more grateful, so why aren’t I?

I am really blessed in my life even with what has happened. My childhood wasn’t the best although it certainly wasn’t as bad as what I see in the media. My adult life has been reasonable although I have suffered with depression for most of it.

I have felt sorry for myself too many times in my life which hasn’t helped me to see the great things that have happened to me.

Through my job I have travelled parts of Australia and met some lovely people who I am still friends with. I have completed many wonderful courses that have changed my life. I love where I live as I see the river from my balcony and I have a short walk to the beach. I have bought many beautiful things that have helped me through the dark times and I have a wonderful business that is my passion.

Even with all of this I still don’t show enough gratitude. I look after people who have less then I have or their health is very poor and they are happy.

Does this sound like you as well?

Let’s start a gratitude post for each day. You can find me on Facebook at Sacred a blessing Essences, Universal Wisdom and Happiness, and Naturally Made Expo. On Twitter I am @SacredBlessingE. On Instagram I am Darleen Redman and on Pinterest I am Darleen Redman.

I will start here.

Today I am grateful for: (Day 1 of 365)

  1. My beautiful walk along the river.
  2. Finding a great book that will help me write my program.
  3. That I hired movies to help me laugh.
  4. A beautiful lady in a shop that listened to my story, told me to keep going as she loved my passion and for giving me another idea for a course.
  5. Enjoying beautiful food.
  6. The interaction that I have on my social media sites.
  7. Grateful that my profession gives me the ability to travel.
  8. Finding an agency that will employ me so that I am able to travel.
  9. Having an iPad that helps me keep in contact with everyone.
  10. Enjoying a good beer (One Fifty Lashes).

What are you grateful for. Please feel free to comment and join me on my social media sites.

Take responsibility and research for yourself

Take responsibility for crying out loud. It is time for you to find out what you are putting in your body whether it is through what we put on our hair, what medicines, what treatment, what food etc.

Do you really know what is going in and on your body? Have you researched or are you willing to remain ignorant?

Don’t believe what you read on the Internet as a lot of that is written to scare you and doesn’t have any research behind the article.

I have changed a lot of what I do with my body and I know have removed the majority of chemicals from my life. For me personally I feel so much better and am a happier person which the people around me can contest to.

Removing the chemicals has worked for me and I am not saying it will work for you. I am saying research and see what happens. Who knows, you may feel better for it. One thing though is to really enjoy life no matter what.

What a freaking journey! Crazy thing is that I will keep going

30 days ago, okay a few more than that, I started the “30 Day Blogging Challenge.” I actually enrolled in the middle of February and it took nearly a month before I started.

Well once I started, well about a week or so after, I became addicted to blogging and I love it now. I have even discovered a love of writing short stories and eventually I will have my own novel/s. You can find all my short stories here My Short Stories

Every day during the challenge an email is sent with instructions for that day. I haven’t done everything although I have done most as I discovered that I enjoyed having themed days which helped me to plan ahead for the days when I was extremely busy or tired. You can find the link to the challenge here 30 Day Blogging Challenge

I have even started blogging for my filly Princess Po which has been great as I have been getting out and about photographing away. What fun and giggles we have. You can find all the blogs here Princess Po

I first started my blog a year and a half ago but never did much with it as very occasionally I would blog something although I never put much effort into it. The change came when I blogged in December about my depression. It was so great to finally let everyone know what had happened to me as it was so hard keeping the secret. You can find that blog here My Heartbreaking Journey With Depression

After writing that blog I knew I want to blog much more often and it was soon after that that I found the challenge. I was excited and scared at the same time as it meant that people would be reading what I wrote. What a big deal that was. It took a while to start the challenge and when I did well it grew a life of its own and what fun.

Are you wanting to challenge yourself with your blogging? Then this is the blog for you. All I can say is go for it and stretch your comfort zone. You never know what you may find inside of you.

Crystal Essence:

Labradorite as an essence is a powerful tool that can be taken in a number of ways. The way the essence has been made is that the Labradorite has been placed in water for a certain amount of time. This water is then placed in a dark bottle with a preservative (I use Vodka).  This then gets divided into stock and dose bottles and the client is given a dose bottle.

How the essence is taken:

1. Taken orally twice a day (This is what I recommend).

2. Placed in a glass of water and drunk immediately.

3. Placed on the food you are going to be eating straight away.

4. Placed in a bottle with aromatherapy to be used as a spray.

5. Placed in the bath to be beautifully soaked in.

6. Drops placed on top of the head.

7. Drops placed on the skin and gently rubbed in.

If you would like to know more about the Labradorite Essence I have created feel free to contact me at my email address darleen.redman@gmail.com or you can personal message me through my Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/SacredBlessingEssences
